Founding Partner
Shyamsundar Patra, FCA: Founder and Senior Partner in the firm having 35
years of experience in the field of audit and assurance, Taxation and business
consultancy services. He is a fellow member of ICAI and known for his visionary
insights and professional outlooks. Apart from professional endeavors he is
also engaged in various research activities and holds some major posts in
similar fields. Currently he is an active associate member of All India
Administrative management, Professional member of all India management
association. He is currently involved in research activities like survey of
accounting standards, identification of growth sector and rural
industrialization etc.
Swagat Jhankar Patra
Managing Partner
Swagat Jhankar Patra is a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years of experience and does hold Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Bcom Hons). Accomplished certificate course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Prevention (FAFP) conducted by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. His overall experience is spread across various verticals which include Internal Audits, Risk Based Audits, Process Audits, Retail Audits, Fixed Asset Management, Accounting and Consultancy services especially for start-up entities.
He has a composite experience in servicing large and medium sized clients. Also possesses innovative ideas for business growth and has an intense expertise in Auditing as well as direct taxation practice.
